Outside our scope

At Serene Sweeps, we take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services across Perth. To maintain the highest standards and ensure the safety of both our clients and staff, there are certain tasks we do not undertake:

We are not licensed for pest control and cannot clean areas heavily affected by insects, rodents, or infestations.

For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances during our cleaning processes.

Cleaning tasks that require working at unsafe heights or in inaccessible areas are beyond our service scope..

Our service does not include post-fire, flood, or deep structural restoration cleaning.

We do not handle biohazards, mold, asbestos, or any hazardous substances that require specialised  equipment or certification.
